The Manager’s role
For Gestion Forest Morency (GFM) no property is the same and each one offers
its own challenges. For many co-owners, their condo is the most important investment of their lives.
Therefore, the manager’s role is to see to the harmony within the property and to preserve its physical
and financial value.
GFM’s mandate is threefold: administrative, financial and operations management.
Crucial point: Syndicate administrators and co-owners must share the same philosophy.
GFM mandatorily requires the holding of statutory meetings with the syndicate in order
to achieve this shared view.
As a real estate manager, GFM currently manages over 3800 units in the following activities’ segments:
- Co-ownership buildings
- Multi-residential buildings
- Real estate projects under development
The clientele:
- Co-ownership syndicates
- Individual private investors
- Real estate developers
Gestion Forest-Morency and GFM-Cogir Real Estate Brokerage are divisions of the Cogir Management Corporation GP.
